  • 2 lemons
  • Salt
  • Green tea (1 cup)
  • 2 cups of coconut water (optional)

How to make

  • Mix your green tea with coconut water or plain water (about 2 cups)
  • Pour the mix into your big glass
  • Add salt and sliced lemons into the glass
  • Wait for at least 2 hours before use

  • 1 cup of green tea (brewed)
  • Sliced pear (1/2 cup)
  • Cubed pineapple (1/2 cup)
  • Cubed papaya (1/2 cup)

How to make

  • Put all prepared ingredients into your blender and let it do the job
  • Wait until you get a very smooth mixture without any chunks
  • Pour it into your glass and enjoy it!

#7. Fruity Detox Water

To be honest, I like the process of making this recipe mostly because I feel like I was playing with little tiny fruits.

Require ingredients

  • Sliced grapes
  • Chopped strawberries
  • Chopped cherries
  • Green tea (1 cup)

How to make

  • Mix your green tea with plain water (about 2 cups)
  • Pour it into your big glass
  • Add all prepared tiny fruits into the glass
  • Shake it slightly
  • Wait for at least 2 hours in the fridge before use

I did not give you the exact amount of fruits that you need because I think with this recipe, it depends on your fruit preference. One thing you should remember is they contain a lot of juice inside. Try to keep the balance!

Tips

  • Add sea salt or black salt into the green tea drinks to improve the benefits as well as flavors
  • You could use cumin water, fennel water or coconut water instead of plain water
  • In case you could not find fresh ingredients or might be in hurry, frozen veggies or fruits are still fine
