  1. I would like to see the cited studies that specifically indicate that red meat is harmful to liver health. Is it specifically red meat? Fatty red meat? All protein in an already damaged liver? Domestic corn fed beef? Seems like bad information with an agenda that isnt about liver health.

  2. I will cut down on my 2 teaspoons of sugar in my morning coffee and try the Splenda that I have on the shelf. I use very little salt l but I eat red lean meat at least 4 time a week Never hot dogs. thanks for the information. I will take a copy to my next doctors appointment so he can be informed as to what to do to help get a healthy liver. I didn’t know I had a problem until I got my last blood report yesterday.
